{got candy?}--Color Throwdown #59

Greetings! It's another Color Throwdown day!!! Are you ready? Danielle chose today's colors and they REALLY challenged me! Here they are: Pumpkin Pie, Ruby Red, and Close To Cocoa. I *never* use Close To Cocoa, so this could have been a good thing ;-) Anyway, I do love how it turned out.
And, we have a sponsor again this week: All That Scraps. Check out all the details at the Color Throwdown blog.

My layout was inspired by the sketch challenge at Papercraft Planet for this week--when I saw it all I could think of was BUTTONS!! So I loaded this card up with buttons, LOL! I used two stamps on this card. First of all I stamped Clown Trevor, masked him with Eclipse Masking paper, and then stamped the Bench on top. Easy peasy! Then I colored the image(s) with my Copic markers and matted with Close To Cocoa. The patterned paper was perfect for these colors and I embossed the Pumpkin Pie layer with D'vine Swirls embossing folder.

Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play. If you don't, just use the closest you have. And don't forget--this week there's a chance to win a prize or to be chosen as Featured Stamper. Now, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use Mr. Linky to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily and so you'll be eligible to win (only directly linked entries will be considered for Featured Stamper or for the prize--see the sidebar on the blog for all the details). If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD59 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there!

Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
