Magnolia-licious--Color Throwdown #71

It's Color Throwdown day!! Today's colors were chosen by Danielle: Olive, Red, Pink, Cream, and Brown.
We're also being sponsored by Magnolia-licious today. Find out more about them and the prize they're offering at the Color Throwdown blog.
I colored my images with Copic markers, cut Magnolia out, and popped her up on 3M foam squares. the tree image is fairly large, so I just distress the edges with ink and a distressing tool. A ribbon and a punched out snowflake with a button tied on was all the embellishing this card needed, I think.

Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use Mr. Linky to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD71 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there!

Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week! And give a huge welcome to Carol Longacre, our December Guest Designer!

  2. This is such a cute image, I love it! You did a wonderful job with the coloring and I think that distressing adds so much depth and character. I guess that is what distressing does to us, too! :D So I should be very deep and full of character by now!
