If I live to be 100 - Color Throwdown #79

Hey, peeps! Are you ready for a new Color Throwdown challenge! Today it's being hosted by none other than...ME! I love this MME paper called Be Loved and used it as the inspiration for my color choices: Sage Shadow, Riding Hood Red (or Ruby Red), and Blush Blossom. Aren't they so sweet together?!
I absolutely love this sentiment!!! It's from Verve's Beautiful You set and always tugs at my heart when I read it. I'm using the Mojo Monday 125 sketch for my layout--it's a fun one!

I think the mechanics of my card are obvious--I stuck to the sketch pretty much, except I substituted a heart for the label element at the bottom. No coloring on this card so it was pretty easy. I think this will be my Valentine's card for my DH--that sentiment is exactly how I feel about him :)

Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use Mr. Linky to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD79 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! And be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week! And, welcome to February's Guest Designer: Debi Southard!
