What's Cooking? - MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge

Hi, all, back again with the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge. New time, same day :) Here’s this week’s sketch. You can find the sketch on the MFT blog and also in the MFT forum on SCS, as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

When I first saw this I knew I'd want to use an à la modes image and I chose What's Cooking? for my card.

She's colored with Copic markers and I used paper from Melissa Frances' Kitschy Kitchen collection. Add some corrugated cardboard, some red gingham ribbon, a few Dew Drops, and some stitching and it was done. Here's the inside with another sentiment from the set.

I used the Bracket Tab Die-namics die for the sentiment on the front of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

  1. Barbara,

That is adorable!!! :) I love it!

Where do you get your corrugated cardboard (I have a crimper, but it doesn't look that good/peaks aren't as high)?

Thank you so much for sharing,
