Flourishes Release Challenge

Did you simply LOVE all the beauties you’ve been seeing today? I know!!! Well, I’ve got another card with another image from the set for today’s challenge, which is a sketch. Here’s the sketch:

And here's my card using another stunning image from Feminine Charm:

First of all I stamped the dress form image on Classic Ivory card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink,  colored just the flowers with Copic markers, then cut it out by hand. Following the sketch, I used assorted patterned papers from Lost and Found: Blush, distressed the edges with both a tool and ink and did some stitching. I popped the dress form up on foam dots and added some seam binding, a twine-tied button, and the sentiment, cut out with my Grand Calibur machine and a Nested Lacey Pennant Nestabilities flag.

So, now it’s your turn! You can get all the challenge details on the Flourishes Blog . Hope to see tons of entries—you might just win a prize!

Thanks SO much for stopping by! I’ll be back tomorrow with another sneak peek!

  5. Hi Barbara,
I love what you have done with this stamp - some of the girls have made it look quite shabby chic, but you have made it look very elegant. It's lovely.
