Big Or Small, Save Them All - HYCCT

Today, I'm hosting one of the Hope You Can Cling To challenges over at Splitcoaststampers! Breast cancer effects so many people in so many ways and this is my little way to do something for the cause. There are tons of prizes to be won by participating, and you'll be helping to brighten the day of someone who is affected, so be sure to check out ALL the challenges on the SCS Master Challenge Thread HERE.

Breast cancer isn't picky, it doesn't care what size your ta-tas are--the physical and emotional toll it takes is enormous, regardless. And, although it's rare, it also attacks children. So, when I saw this slogan on a breast cancer awareness site I knew that was what I wanted to do. So, you can "support" them all by playing my challenge, which is to use two sizes of any geometric shape on your project: Circles, rectangles, squares, ovals, you choose, just use two sizes!

And, I need to share a little story about this MFT image called PI - Have Hope that I'm using today. Please go to THIS THREAD ON the MFT Member Company Forum on SCS to see why she's so special.

My little PI was colored with Copic markers and paper pieced, then cut out with an oval die and matted with a larger Oval Dainty Doily Die-namics die cut. I used the matching Faux Crochet Border Die-namics die for the ribbon element and used some black and pink plaid ribbon that I've had forever and never used. I guess I was saving it for just the right occasion.

Here's the inside with another PI and a sentiment from the set. I lightly colored her ribbon heart and her cheeks.

Thanks SO much for stopping by! I hope to see you over on my challenge, where you'll get more inspiration from Tammy, Joanne, Jody, and Jodi. Many thanks to them all for helping me out with their awesome samples!
