Flourishes Friday Free For All–Happy 50th Anniversary

freeforall_2012jun22wtmk

Happy Friday and welcome to Flourishes Friday Free For All! Today I have another card using the recently released Happily Ever After set.

First of all, I stamped an image from
Wedded Bliss on Classic Ivory card stock, stamped with gold pigment ink and embossed with fine detail gold embossing powder. Then I cut it out with my Labels Eighteen Nestabilities and popped it up on black card stock cut with a Classic Oval Nestabilities die. For the card base, I used Classic Ivory, Metallic Card Stock – Gold, black, and more Classic Ivory.

I decided to use some black bling, but before I adhered it, I added some scoring in the upper right corner for balance. Then I added the bling, popped up the image element, and added the sentiment, from
Happily Ever After on a strip of Classic Ivory card stock.

And that, as they say, is that! Thanks so much for stopping by! Don’t forget to check out what the rest of the
Flourishes team has to show you:
