Own Your Story–C4C #142

Happy Saturday, y’all! Since it *is* Saturday, it’s time for
Crazy 4 Challenges challenge! Today, our host, Silke Kittman, is challenging us to a sketch. I love me some sketches! Here’s Silke’s sketch.

OK, so obviously, I didn’t use a circle for my focal element, but sketches are supposed to be for inspiration, right? You don’t have to follow them to the letter, right? Good ;-) I’m using MFT’s Die-namics Own Your Story Stamp Set and Four Point Frame for my card. I stamped the sentiment on the Four Point Frame die cut and overstamped with the flourish, also from the set. Under it you’ll see some patterned paper with a Die-namics Notebook Edge die cut peeking out along with some bling. I tied some twine around in a bow and popped up a Die-namics Pretty Posies flower with a twine-tied button center. There’s also some stitching to finish it off.

Here’s the inside with my favorite sentiment from this set and another flourish:

Here are the
Die-namics dies I used on this card:

And that's all for me for me! Be sure to checkout what the rest of the design team has for you!

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C142.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
