Welcome back to Day Six of MFT’s Release Countdown! Be sure to check out the MFT Blog for the list of designers with samples for you today, plus a way to win some free stuff :)

My card today is using a new set by Mona PendletonMPD Damask Designs. Be still my heart! Seriously in love with this set. I’ll be using this for backgrounds a lot! I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then decided to do some of the trendy off-angled layers. I added a Black Licorice card stock layer then stamped the line of damask images over and over for a background—Black Licorice ink on Sweet Tooth card stock. Oh, yeah, lovin’ this!

Then, from Electric Red card stock, I cut out “congrats” from the new Congratulatory Greetings Die-namics set and popped it up on foam. I finished off with a few clear gems and it was done!

On the inside, I stamped a sentiment from an older set, LLD Document It – Rock On.
