Did you have fun with the first MFT Color Palette Challenge? Well, we’re back with another awesome color combo for you to work with this month: Kraft, Blu Raspberry, and Lemon Drop. Be sure to hop over to the MFT Blog for all the details and how to win a prize :)
I started with a Kraft card stock base, and stamped a couple of sentiments from a new set this month that you’ll be seeing more of as the week goes on, Simply Fabulous Sayings, with Black Licorice ink. Then I stamped up a piece of Blu Raspberry card stock with Blu Raspberry ink using the new Striped Background stamp, cut a piece on the diagonal and popped it up on foam at the top of my card base.
Then I cut out LJD Forget Me Not Die-namics—the flowers twice—and stamped with the matching images from LJD Forget Me Not; Kraft ink for the leaves and flower centers and Lemon Drop for the flowers. I shaped the second set of flowers just a little and popped them up on foam, then popped the whole thing up on more foam.
Another sentiment from Simply Fabulous Sayings was stamped on the inside.
And there you have February’s MFT Color Palette Challenge! We hope to see lots of you playing with this gorgeous color combo! See you back tomorrow for February’s Release Countdown, Day Four!
