Holiday Window–MFTWSC #199

MFTWSC199_2014oct23

Hey, there! It’s Wednesday noon so it must be time for this week’s
MFTWSC! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

Am I the only one who looks at this and thinks “window”? I just HAD to do a scene using this sketch—how could I NOT, LOL!?

So, I started with a Berrylicious card stock card base and worked from there. I added Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock, Tree Lines Die-namics using Kraft card stock, Jellybean Green card stock, and Gumdrop Green card stock for the outside scene. Square Grid Cover-Up Die-namics was cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and popped up on the scene. I made a Winter Wreath Die-namics cut from Sour Apple card stock, Jellybean Green card stock, and Gumdrop Green card stock with a Wild Cherry card stock bow. The sentiment is from DC Ornament Banner Builder and was stamped on a strip of Sweet Tooth card stock with Black Licorice ink and popped up. A single tree from Tree Lines Die-namics was added to the sentiment strip.

A sentiment from
Seasonal Sentiments was stamped on the inside.

And that’s all for today! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you soon!
