I Love You–C4C #272

C4C272_2015feb7

Hi, everyone, It’s a brand new month and we have a brand new host at Crazy 4 Challenges! This month Kelli Jo is our host and her first challenge of the month is to make a Valentine card fit for a queen. Be sure to get the details at the Crazy 4 Challenges blog—hope to see you playing along with us!

My card started with a Kraft card stock base. Next I stamped up some Primitive White card stock with Houndstooth Background and Pure Plum dye ink, cut with a die from Blueprints 22 Die-namics, and popped up on foam mounting tape. Next I added a strip of gold glitter paper, then another element from Blueprints 22 Die-namics cut from Primitive White card stock and also popped up on foam, on top of some curled up gold thread. I stamped the sentiment, from Keep on Rockin’, with Steel Gray dye ink then attached a die cut heart, cut from Pure Plum card stock and embellished with some gold flat-backed beads, with a mini clothes pin. I finished off with some gold sequins.

Another sentiment from Keep On Rockin’ was stamped on the inside with Pure Plum dye ink.

And that's it! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you, including our February Guest Designer, Holly Tracy!

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C272.
