I have two cards for you today—I am so loving this release I couldn’t stop stamping!! My first card is using MSTN Bionic Bots and MSTN Bionic Bots Die-namics. I started with a Kraft card stock base, then added a Blueberry card stock layer at a wonky angle, popped up on foam mounting tape. Next I stamped Tiny Stars Background on Ranger watercolor paper with Versamark, heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, did a watercolor wash with Blueberry dye ink, and also popped it up on foam after tying around some hemp/silver cord. I cut MSTN Bionic Bots from Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 110lb, stamped the image with Black Licorice hybrid ink and colored it with Copic markers. I popped it up on foam on top of a LJD Scribble Roses Overlay Die-namics cut from silver foil card stock – I thought in this context it looked like a planetary orbit pattern, LOL! The sentiment was stamped on a strip of Black Licorice card stock with Versamark and heat embossed, then popped up as well. I finished off with some silver glitter and wood veneer stars.

My second card has the new Stitched Interactive Window Trio Die-namicsFree with $60 this month, as it’s focus. I have to say, this was SO much fun to create!!!

I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, and since I knew I was going to be coloring on the front, I used Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 110lb for the front panel. I stamped the palm trees from Tiki Party with Black Licorice hybrid ink, colored them with Copic markers, and then sponged the “sand” and “sky” through Wonky Chevron Stencil with Blue Breeze dye ink and Kraft dye ink, being careful to not sponge on the trees, then I cut the interactive windows.

Next I stamped three birds from Birds of Paradise on more Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 110lb with Black Licorice hybrid ink. I used a template cut from scrap paper to make sure they were aligned with the window openings. They’re colored with Copic markers and then the front panel was popped up on foam mounting tape on top of them for some dimension. I love lifting those flaps and seeing them!!!

The sentiment was stamped on Black Licorice card stock with Versamark and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, popped up on foam, and finished off with some enamel dots.

And there you have it—the last day of MFT August Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope to see you tonight at the New Product Launch!
