Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I was in need of a get well card and I thought this sentiment would surely cheer someone up. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base. I added a Blue Yonder card stock “sky” inside my circle, Grassy Hills Die-namics cut from Sour Apple card stock, Grassy Fields Die-namics cut from Gumdrop Green card stock and Farm Fence Die-namics cut from Kraft card stock for the horizontal element.
I added a Single Stitch Line Circle Frames Die-namics, cut from Black Licorice card stock and popped up on foam mounting tape. The images from BB The Whole Herd, were stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, cut out with the coordinating BB The Whole Herd Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and also popped up in the scene with foam mounting tape. The sentiment was stamped and it was done!
Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week! Thanks for stopping by—see you soon!
