NewReleaseCountdown_Day3

I have a couple of cards for you today using some of these fun new products. First up, Deer Friends and Deer Friends Die-namics. I’m using Sweet Tooth card stock for my base, Birch Trees Die-namics, and Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics. My background was created with Peerless Watercolors and a waterbrush on Ranger Watercolor Paper.

The images from the set were stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink on X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic markers, and adhered with foam mounting tape. I added a Stitched Oval Scallop Edge Frames Die-namics, cut from Silver Sparkle card stock and also popped up on foam. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. I added red beads to the twiggy tree and a cardinal from PI Season’s Tweetings stamp set and PI Season’s Tweetings Die-namics.

For my second card the sweet little PI makes an appearance.

I’m using Sweet Tooth card stock for my base and my card front was done by sponging Safety Orange dye ink and Berrylicious dye ink on Smooth White card stock then splattered it with clean water. I stamped the sentiment, tied around some baker’s twine, and popped it up on the base with foam mounting tape after adding a strip of Fun & Frolic Paper Pack to the bottom.

PI Milk & Cookies was stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, cut it out with PI Milk & Cookies Die-namics, colored it with Copic markers and popped it up on foam to finish.

And that’s it for today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope to see you back tomorrow for Day Two of
MFT’s October Release Countdown!

  9. Two projects to love here! I like the way you put the silver frame over the completed scene to focus on the most important parts. The second card is just too darn cute not to love. TFS!
