Hi, everyone! Here today to help Iwona celebrate two years of CASE Study challenges! Some of the previous CASE Study muses are helping her out and she’s hosting a challenge with some prizes to be won, so check it all out at the CASE Study blog!
If you got here from the CASE Study blog, you’re right on track! If you just wandered in here, be sure to go back to the CASE Study blog ‘cause that’s the beginning…with all the details :)
This week’s challenge is “Think Out Of the Box”. I had to really think on that one, ‘cause I like to do all styles of cards, from CAS to lots of layers and vintage-y stuff. One thing I’m not fond of doing, so I don’t do it much, is “fun fold” cards. So that’s what I did.
I did a gate fold card but flipped it on it’s side, so really “out of the box”, LOL!
I’m using MFT’s Inspired by Butterflies for my card, along with Die-namics Inspired by Butterflies, Die-namics Oval Dainty Doily, Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX, and Die-namics Pretty Posies.
Here’s the inside with another butterfly and another sentiment from the set:
Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card:
Thanks so much for stopping by! Now you need to hop on over to Jill Foster’s blog and see how far she’s hopped “out of the box”.
~Supplies~
Stamps: Inspired by Butterflies (MFT)
Paper: Whip Cream card stock (MFT); Daffodil Delight (SU!); The Sweetest Thing - Honey (MME)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories/tools: Vagabond; Die-namics Inspired by Butterflies, Die-namics Oval Dainty Doily, Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX, and Die-namics Pretty Posies (MFT); button, twine, foam dots
I admit that I'm not too much of a fan of fun fold cards either, but gosh, yours is STUNNING!!! Thanks so much for helping us celebrate!! xxx
