It’s time! MFT’s November Release is live right NOW at the MFT Boutique!! All of the products we’ve been showing you for the last five days are now available for purchase in the MFT Boutique!

I have a couple of cards for you using the just released LLD Hug In a Mug stamp set and LLD Hot Cocoa Cups Die-namics. How fun are they, right? My first card starts with a Kraft card stock base. I added a strip of Dots & Stripes Neutral Paper Pack and then a strip of Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with Candy Stripes Background Builder using Chili Powder dye ink. Next is a piece of Ranger watercolor paper that I first stenciled with Blue Yonder dye ink and Large Grid Stencil, then stamped the sentiment from LLD Hug In a Mug with Chocolate Brown dye ink.

Using LLD Hot Cocoa Cups Die-namics, I cut the cup from Blue Yonder card stock, the hot cocoa and chocolate bar from Chocolate Brown card stock, and the marshmallows and peppermints base from Sweet Tooth card stock. The peppermints were stamped with Chili Powder dye ink and the snowflake on the mug with Versamark, then heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. The steam elements were cut from translucent vellum and I finished off with some enamel dots.

My second card using the same color palette but is somewhat different in design.

NPL2_2015nov3

This card started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then I added another piece of Sweet Tooth card stock embossed with Basic Stitch Lines Die-namics before I tied around some hemp baker’s twine and popped it up on foam mounting tape. Next is the new Stitched Pinking Edge Square STAX Die-namics cut front Kraft card stock with lots of hearts from the set stamped in Chili Powder dye ink, then popped up.

The mug was cut from Blue Yonder card stock, the chocolate and sentiment strip from Chocolate Brown card stock, the whipped cream from Sweet Tooth card stock, and the heart from Chili Powder card stock. The sentiment was heat embossed, popped up, and the card finished off with enamel dots.

And that’s it! I hope I’ve given you some ideas for using YOUR LLD Hug In a Mug stamp set and LLD Hot Cocoa Cups Die-namics in some fun ways. Thanks so much for stopping by…and happy shopping!! And don’t forget that MFT will be giving away TWO $100 vouchers—to have a chance to win one, be sure to comment on each of the designers’ blogs by end of the day on Thursday, November 5th. The winners will be announced on the MFT Blog on Friday, November 6th. Good luck!!
