I Fish You Were Here - June MFT & Friends Feature

Today our team is taking a fresh look at our most recent release with inspiring ideas and innovative takes on the complete collection. We love the opportunity to look at our products with fresh eyes, envisioning entirely new ways to showcase the possibilities they present. I hadn’t had a chance to play with Fish You Were Here Stamp Set and Die-namics so I thought this was a perfect opportunity to remedy that! I’m also using Under the Sea Die-namics to complete my underwater scene. To begin, I sponged Peacock Feathers Distress Ink on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper, adding some Ray of Light Stencil accents. I stamped the sentiment then adhered the panel to a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

Next I cut the Under the Sea Die-namics elements (card stock listed below) and added them to the card front, some directly and some with foam tape. Then I stamped the images on No Line Coloring card stock, cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics colored them with Copic markers, and popped them up in the scene with foam tape.
