So, I immediately thought of this My Mind's Eye Life Stories paper--it has a decidedly vintage feel to it, and I'm using Mojo Monday #122 for my layout. Love that lined paper--it's enough interest without being too busy. And it's subtle enough that I could stamp the focal image and sentiment on it--from Verve's Miracles Blossom set--without it getting lost in the pattern. I added some lace with narrow ribbon threaded through and tied in a dainty little bow, some Primas and leaves (I didn't have any burgundy Primas so my trusty Copics came to my rescue), and some Vintage buttons for balance. The centers of the Primas are flat backed pearls. I'm pretty happy with the way this card turned out.
So, now it's your turn. Come along and play and take us up on the challenge--we'd love to see what you come up with. If you do, be sure to leave a comment on Sharon's blog telling her where you uploaded. Please use the keyword ssnotime123 if you upload to a public forum.
