Happy Birthday Flag - CTD #113

OK, we've got a fun-packed Color Throwdown challenge for you today! Danielle chose this weeks colors:

And, we have a fabulous sponsor this week, none other than our own, Lil' Inker, Laura Pryor! She has ventured out into the world of stamp and die design and is releasing her first set at Lil' Inker Designs. And what an awesome idea this is! We all use these sentiment flags and have had to do them by hand until now--now we have a die that cuts perfect flags every time. And awesome stamps to go with it! Be sure to check out the Throwdown blog for all the deets!

And, here's my card using this week's colors and Laura's flag die and set.

I'm also using PTI's Butterfly Dreams set, stamped with Perfect Plum, cut out, and popped up. That ribbon really is dark brown, although it looks black in my picture. Very simple layout, using some Basic Grey Manilla Basics paper.

Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD113 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week, including our October Guest Designer, Carla Suto!!! Welcome, Carla!!!!!!!!!!!
