Thanks a latte - C4C #57

Today's Crazy 4 Challenges challenge is hosted by the fabulous Silke Ledlow who has a color challenge for us.

And we're also delighted to have Verve Stamps as our sponsor this month! Julee is providing a wonderful prize so be sure to check out the C4C blog for the details!

I think I was channeling my inner Silke with this card, LOL! I thought, with this large color palette, that staying mostly with white was a good idea and I really love how it turned out. I'm using SCS Sketch #300 for my layout. Pretty simple layout, really, and that Prima flower had every color except black already in it--how lucky was that?! The base white layer was scored with my Scor-Buddy in a diamond pattern to give that layer a little interest. Then the cup image, from Verve's Delightful and Delicious set, was stamped on an MFT Perfect Paper Panel with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers. I added a little Sakuro glitter pen to the "steam" and some gold flat-backed pearls to the scallops, stamped the sentiment, from the same set, and called it done.

Sooooo, NOW, be sure to check out the samples by the rest of my crazy girls...er, I mean the Crazy 4 Challenges team ;-)

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C57.

Thanks so much for dropping in today!
