The Key To My Heart–CTD #177

CTD177_2012feb1

It’s time for this week’s Color Throwdown challenge! Kerri has chosen a really fun inspiration piece and colors for this week:

I decided to bring out another set I haven’t used in a while: From the Bottom Of My Heart WTG. She’s colored with Copic markers and paper pieced and popped up on a Dizzy Doily Duo Die-namics die and some patterned paper. The sentiment was stamped on a First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics die cut and attached with baker’s twine and a button.

Here’s the inside with another sentiment and image from the set. The balloons were paper pieced, as well.

Here are the Die-namics dies I used today:

Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD177 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week, including our February Guest Designer, Jenny Peterson
