Merry Christmas–CTD #220

Hi, everyone! Are you ready for another Color Throwdown Challenge! This week, the amazing Wanda chose this gorgeous color palette, based on her inspiration piece.

I went all scrappy with my card for today. I started with a Kraft card stock base, then added a Whip Cream card stock Die-namics High Tea Party Doily die cut, Next up I added a few patterned paper hexagons made with my Die-namics Hexagons die and then a bling-y flourish. Next, I cut out a Die-namics LLD Insert It – 3 x 4 Insert from patterned paper and stamped it with LLD Journal It – Calendar Basics. I then cut out a couple of circles with my Die-namics Circle STAX and stamped “25” using my Typewriter Alphabet set and popped it up on foam at the appropriate place. The sentiment, from Clearly Sentimental About Christmas was stamped on a Die-namics Fishtail Flags Layers STAX die cut and embellished with a Blue Raspberry button and some hemp cord. To finish it off, I added holly leaves and berries, made with my Die-namics Jumbo Stocking set.
