Happy Saturday! It’s Crazy 4 Challenges time and today KJ has challenged us to use wood on our cards or projects. Any kind of wood will do—real or fake :) I’m using patterned paper with a wood design for mine.
Using my Die-namics Open Hexagon Borders, I embossed the design on my Kraft card stock card base, then stamped the sentiment with Black Licorice ink. “Happy birthday” is from DC Just My Type, and DAD is from DC Masculine Graphic Tee. Then I popped up some hexagons cut from patterned paper, which finished it off.
For the inside, I stamped a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental About Birthdays.
And that's it! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you!
- Andrea Murdock
- Barbara Anders (<-- that's me!)
- Betty Wright
- Cindy Haffner

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C181.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
