MFT May New Product Tour

Hi, everyone, and welcome to MFT’s May New Product Tour! The release is on and everything is available for purchase NOW at the MFT Boutique!



I have a couple of cards for you using LLD Document It – Right On Target and Die-namics Accent It – Feathers and Arrows. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog to get lots more inspiration from the design team.

 For my first card, I’m using a Nightshift Blue card stock base with a Kraft card stock layer. I stamped the feather from LLD Document It – Right On Target on the Kraft layer with Versamark ink and added a border with the a new Die-namics Dotted Scallop Border Trio die cut. Then I stamped a sentiment from the set on a Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon flag, embellished with a Nightshift Blue button and silver cord. To finish it off, I added a large feather, cut from silver glitter paper.

Here’s the inside with a sentiment from a previously released set, Clearly Sentimental About New Beginnings.



For my second card, I wanted to use the arrow die cut and heart image. My card base is make from Red Hot card stock stamped with hearts from LJD Homespun Hearts with Red Hot ink. I decided to carry out the bull’s-eye motif from the heart and made a larger one with my Die-namics Circle STAX from Sweet Tooth card stock and Black Licorice card stock. I stamped the heart with Black Licorice ink and the new Red Hot ink and fussy cut it out. I popped up the heart and adhered it all to Sweet Tooth card stock with rounded corners. The sentiment was also stamped with Black Licorice ink and Red Hot ink. The arrow was cut from gold glitter card stick and popped up on foam.

 

For the inside, I added a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental About Anniversaries. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—I LOVE how MFT sets work so well together!
