Deck the Halls–MFT November Release Countdown, Day Four

 

Hello, and welcome to today’s MFT’s Release Countdown! We’re in Day Four and today we’re previewing last month’s Free With $60 set that will now be available in it’s own right, Cheerful Christmas Greetings. Release is on November 12th at 10pm, but in the meantime, be sure to hop on over to the MFT Blog to see what the participating designers have for you today, along with some ways to snag some free stuff!

 

I did two versions using the same basic focal images, one more detailed and one very CAS. First the detailed one. I started off with a Black Licorice card stock base, then stamped last month’s Sheet Music Background on Sweet Tooth card stock with Black Licorice ink and popped it up on foam. I added some bling, ‘cause, well, ‘cause I hadn’t used any in a while :) Then I created my focal panel by making a frame from Black Licorice card stock with the soon-to-be-released Pierced Oval STAX Die-namics and Oval STAX Die-namics. I cut another oval from Sweet Tooth card stock and stamped the ornaments from DC Ornament Banner Builder using Black Licorice ink, Sour Apple ink, Razzle Berry ink, and Blu Raspberry ink. To make the longer string, I simply extended the hanger with a black pen. I finished up by stamping the sentiment from Cheerful Christmas Greetings with Black Licorice ink and popped the panel up on foam. This card is also for this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges challenge.

On the inside, I stamped a sentiment from LJD Grand Holiday Greetings.

For my CAS card, I stamped the images exactly the same, just on a sheet of Sweet Tooth card stock and popped the whole thing up on foam on a Sweet Tooth card stock base care.

 


On the inside of this one, I stamped another sentiment from Cheerful Christmas Greetings.
