I created three “favors” that could be used for Easter or Spring entertaining. The first one starts with Paper Bag Treat Box Die-namics cut from Kraft card stock. I stamped the sentiment, from LJD Easter Bunny, on the front with Sour Apple ink and Chocolate Brown ink, then stamped the basket and bouquet from LJD Easter Bunny on Sweet Tooth card stock cut with LJD Easter Bunny Die-namics and stamped with Kraft ink, Sour Apple ink, Grapesicle ink, and Lemon Drop ink, and popped it up on foam. Simple and easy to construct, this would be great for a Spring dinner favor.

My second box was inspired by an Easter basket I saw in a Williams-Sonoma catalog. It started with Trapezoid Treat Box Die-namics, also cut from Kraft card stock. Then I cut Picnic Basket Die-namics twice from Kraft card stock, stamped them with Wood Plank Background in Kraft ink, and adhered them to the front and back of the treat box. I stamped the sentiment, from LJD Easter Bunny, on a banner cut from Sweet Tooth card stock with All-Star Die-namics and popped up on foam. On the bottom, I added some Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics cut from Spearmint card stock and eggs cut with LJD Easter Bunny Die-namics and Bubblegum card stock, Banana Split card stock, and Sno Cone card stock. The finishing touch is the chocolate bunny cut from Sweet Tooth card stock using LJD Easter Bunny Die-namics and stamped with LJD Easter Bunny in Chocolate Brown ink.

My third treat container uses Cone Treat Box Die-namics for a sweet little carrot.

I cut it from Orange Fizz card stock that I stamped with the flower image from LJD Spring Backgrounds with Versamark. After I put it together, I made the topper from Sour Apple felt cut with Loopy Bloom Die-namics from which I trimmed one of the borders and then rolled it up. I thought if I folded and then rolled it might be too thick—I think it turned out perfectly with what I did. Then I made a tag for it using Pierced Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and stamped with a sentiment from LJD Embellished Eggs with Steel Gray ink. The little flower was cut from LJD Easter Elements Die-namics and stamped with more images from LJD Embellished Eggs and Bubblegum ink, Lemon Drop ink, and Sour Apple ink.

Here’s another view showing the stamped background.
