You are Not Forgotten–CTD #333

Hey, everyone, welcome to this week’s Color Throwdown Challenge! Monika is our host this week and she’s chosen some sweet Spring-time colors.




I started with a Grout Gray card stock base, added a wonky Black Licorice card stock panel, then another panel created with Sweet Tooth card stock with white embossing paste spread through Small Brick Wall Stencil. After it dried, I sponged Grout Gray dye ink through the stencil to add some color to the back ground and popped it up on foam mounting tape. Next up is a LJD Forget Me Not Die-namics, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and stamped with the coordinating image from LJD Forget Me Not with Lavender Fields dye ink, Daffodil dye ink, and Sour Apple dye ink. I popped that up on foam and added a strip of Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with the text image from the set, then overstamped the sentiment with Black Licorice dye ink. I popped it up on foam and finished off with some enamel dots, sequins, and clear gems.

A sentiment from LJD Words of Inspiration was stamped on the inside with Black Licorice dye ink.
