Sweet Friend–SSSC #264
Hi, there! It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I I’m loving all the layers on this one.
I decided to keep it kinda simple, despite the layers, so I used a lot of white—in fact, the only card stock I used was Sweet Tooth card stock. I added a Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics, then a wonky-cut panel dry embossed with Tiny Triangles Stencil, a plain strip with black twine tied around in a bow, and a Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. For my pops of color I cut Modern Blooms Die-namics and stamped the corresponding images with Orange Zest dye ink, Orange Fizz dye ink, Daffodil dye ink, Sour Apple dye ink, and Black Licorice dye ink. The sentiment is from LJD You’re the Sweetest and was stamped with Black Licorice dye ink. I popped up several of the layers for dimension and finished off with some enamel dots.
Another sentiment from LJD You’re the Sweetest was stamped on the inside.
And that’s it from me! be sure to check out the rest of the design teams projects and we hope you’ll play along! Thanks for stopping by today! See you soon!
