Dream Big–Crazy 4 Challenges #322

Hi there and welcome to this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges! Peggy is our hostess this month and here’s this week’s challenge: “National Kite Flying Day is coming up on the 8th. The challenge today is to use a kite or a
kite shape on your card.”

I pulled out MFT’s BB Adorable Elephants and BB Adorable Elephants Die-namics since it has a kite :) I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base. Next I decided on my colors and stamped up some patterned paper using more Sweet Tooth card stock and Plaid Background Builder and added a strip across the bottom--ink colors are in the supply list below. Next I trimmed down some Ranger Watercolor paper, did a watercolor wash with Peerless Watercolors and popped it up on the base with foam mounting tape.



Then I cut more watercolor paper with BB Adorable Elephants Die-namics, stamped the images from BB Adorable Elephants with Black Licorice hybrid ink and colored them with Zig Clean Color Brush markers before popping them up on foam. I added some Puffy Clouds Die-namics and the sentiment, stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock cut with Tag Builder Blueprints 5 Die-namics.
