Hi, everyone, it’s time again for a Color Throwdown Challenge! I’m hostess this week and I have a Spring-y palette for you to play with.
This card went together in a flash once I got all the die cuts done and stamped up. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then, from more Sweet Tooth card stock, I cut lots of elements with LJD Spring Wreath Die-namics and stamped them with the coordinating images from LJD Spring Wreath using Gumdrop Green dye ink, Wild Cherry dye ink, and Wild Wisteria dye ink.
I stamped the wreath once directly on the card front for placement, then stamped the sentiment in the center with Black Licorice dye ink. I added the wreath elements both popped upon foam mounting tape and with hot glue and was done!
And that’s it from me! Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD384 so we can see your beauty all in one place, and use #ctd384 and #colorthrowdown on social media. Hope to see you there! Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week, including our incredibly talented March Guest Designer, Leslie Miller!
