Print
Hello and welcome to Day Two of MFT’s April Card Kit Reveal! Tonight at 10pm it will be available for purchase, so don’t forget to check out the MFT Blog for all the details!

Today’s card is “out of the box”. I’m using Jungle Friends Stamp Set and Jungle Friends Die-namics along with some other
MFT products.

I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then overlayed it with Ranger Watercolor paper on which I did my background with Peerless Watercolors. I stamped the sentiment with Black Licorice dye ink and added Puffy Clouds Die-namics, Radiant Sun Die-namics, and Jungle Friend Die-namics, all cut from watercolor paper and colored with Peerless Watercolors as well.

I did the spots on the giraffe by watercoloring through Giraffe Stencil. I popped everthing up on foam mounting tape and it was done! I love that giraffe!!

And there you have it for

  8. I watercolor backgrounds, but that's a great idea to watercolor the images going on them too! Especially since the base white color will match then. Brilliant!!!
