Hello and welcome to MFT’s May New Product Launch! Everything we’ve been teasing you with for the last five days is now available for purchase in the MFT Boutique right now!
I have a card for you featuring Pretty Posies and Pretty Posies Die-namics, along with Hello Beautiful Die-namics and Chunky Herringbone Stencil, all from the May Release. Before I get to that, though, I’m thrilled to tell you that I have a card in the May Release Class along with four of my incredibly talented team members. You can find it HERE on the MFT Blog in the Educational Resourses section.
Now, on to my card. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then spread some molding paste on more Sweet Tooth card stock through Chunky Herringbone Stencil and set it aside to dry, Then I stamped up a bunch of Pretty Posies images with Black Licorice dye ink, Coral Crush dye ink, and Ripe Raspberry dye ink and cut them out with Pretty Posies Die-namics. I love using these images with a lot of black and a pop of color—very stricking.
Hello Beautiful Die-namics was cut from Black Licorice card stock. “HELLO” as sandwiched between the card base and the stenciled panel and “beautiful” was created with three layers and popped up on foam mounting tape. Pretty Posies was arranged and adhere mostly with hot glue and I finished off with some enamel dots.
And that’s it! I hope I’ve given you some ideas for using YOUR Pretty Posies stamp set and Pretty Posies Die-namics in some fun ways. Thanks so much for stopping by…and happy shopping!! And don’t forget that MFT will be giving away TWO $100 vouchers—to have a chance to win one, be sure to comment on each of the designers’ blogs by end of the day on Thursday, May 5th. The winners will be announced on the MFT Blog on Friday, May 6th. Good luck!!
