Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I just LOVE MFT’s new End of the Rainbow Die-namics! It fits into designs so well due to it’s footprint and along with the cloud die really can complete a card on it’s own. I started with a Stone Gray card stock base and added a strip of Sweet tooth card stock at the top, embossed with Basic Stitch Lines Die-namics. Next is a panel of Ranger Watercolor paper colored with Peerless Watercolors and popped up on foam mounting tape.
Next I cut End of the Rainbow Die-namics from Ranger Watercolor paper and watercolored each strip with Peerless Watercolors and a small water brusy and adhered it. The cloud part was cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and stamped with a sentiment from Rainbow Greetings and Black Licorice dye ink, then also popped up on foam. I finished off by added a matching Pretty Pink Posh sequins to each color.
And that’s it—easy peasy and you can’t beat a good rainbow, can you? Thanks so much for stopping by today—see you soon!
