MFTWSC294_2016aug18

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I love the recently released Birthday Candles Die-namics and Slider Channel Builder Die-namics so I paired them up again for this card. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, added the slider channel builder to it and topped it with another layer of Sweet Tooth card stock. I added some Birthday Blowout Paper pack, Birthday Candles Die-namics cut from Purple Rain card stock, Cherry Crisp card stock, Blu Raspberry card stock, Daffodil card stock, and Persimmon card stock and popped them up on foam mounting tape. The little tab was cut with Blueprints 29 Die-namics and the sentiment strip was cut with Blueprints 27 Die-namics, stamped with a partial sentiment from Make a Wish stamp set and Gravel Gray dye ink and also popped up on foam.

The rest of the sentiment was stamped with Persimmon die ink on the pull out portion. Too cute, right? Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

And that’s it for today! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you soon!
