MFT August Card Kit—Sensational Stitched Flowers Release

Hi, everyone, are you ready??!! MFT’sSensational Stitched Flowers Card Kit Twice the Wishes Card Kit is now available for purchase in the MFT Boutique! You’ve seen some amazing samples over the last couple of days from the design team and that’s just the tip of the creative iceberg—so many things you can do with this kit. I have a card for you to show you another “out of the box” idea for using your kit and this die.
 


This card started with a Smooth White card stock base, I added a strip of Itsy Bitsy Polka Dots Paper Pack down the left side and popped up another panel of Smooth White card stock with foam mounting tape. Then I cut out a lot of flowers and leaves from Ranger Watercolor Paper, colored them with Peerless Watercolors and a waterbrush, stamped them all with Distressed Patterns and Black Licorice dye ink and adhered them to the card front.



Next I cut three copies of Thanks Die-namics, glued them together for dimension and strength, and popped them up on foam. I love that watercolored look!
