Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I do love me a nice oval :) I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base and added a strip of Rainbow Stripes Paper Pack down the right side. Next I trimmed another piece of Sweet Tooth card stock and cut the oval out with Inside & Out Stitched Oval STAX Die-namics. Then I applied a watercolor wash using Peerless Watercolors and a waterbrush on Ranger Watercolor paper and set it aside to dry.
Using Wild Cherry card stock, Orange Zest card stock, Daffodil card stock, Green Room card stock, Cornflower card stock, and Lavender Fields card stock I cut End of the Rainbow Die-namics and created my rainbow. I assembled the card, popping the front up on foam mounting tape. I stamped the sentiment from Rainbow Greetings on the cloud and popped it up on foam as well.
And that’s all I have for you today. Thanks so much for stopping by! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!
