MFT July New Product Release!

Hello there!! It’s time, it’s time!! MFT’s June Release is now available for purchase in the MFT Online Boutique! Be sure to check by the MFT Blog for all the details and to see how you can have a chance to win free stuff!

I have a couple more cards to share using products from the release and this card might be my very favorite from the whole release! I created the balloon background by sponging through Big Balloons Stencil (previously released) with Fired Brick Distress Oxide Ink, Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink, Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink, Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink, and Broken China Distress Oxide Ink, sprayed with a Ranger Distress Sprayer, and blotted with a paper towel.



I added the balloon strings with a pen and stamped the sentiment from Handwritten Happiness with Black Licorice dye ink. The rest of the sentiment is from Twice the Wishes stamp set and was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock then heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. I finished of with a few matching sequins.

For my second card I used the AWESOME new Mini Cloud Edges Stencil for my background. I love that thing!!



To create my background I sponged Blue Breeze dye ink on Sweet Tooth card stock with sponge daubers and then stamped the sentiment from Handwritten Happiness with Black Licorice hybrid ink. I popped up the card front on the background on foam mounting tape after I cut the opening with Inside & Out Stitched Oval STAX Die-namics.

Then I stamped up some Sketchy Flowers on No-Line Coloring Card Stock with Black Licorice hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating Sketchy Flowers Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and adhered them to the card front. To finish off, I added a few sequins.
