MFT August Release Replay

Today our team is taking a fresh look at our most recent release with inspiring ideas and innovative takes on the complete collection. We love the opportunity to look at our products with fresh eyes, envisioning entirely new ways to showcase the possibilities they present. We can’t wait to share our ideas with you!




As I was researching flamingos to make sure I got them right, I noticed that babies are white or light gray and got the idea to use the set for a baby card. So I stamped up my mama from Flamazing and Flamazing Die-namics, and the baby from BB Happy Hippos. Since I didn’t want the baby to look too different, I stamped him/her with Cement Gray hybrid ink on No-Line Coloring Card Stock and colored him up with Copic Markers. I think s/he’s totally adorable!!!



For the rest of the scene, I created a watercolor background and a beachy foreground using Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics for the sand and Grassy Edges Die-namics beyond the water. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed. This was a super fun card to make!
