MFT September Card Kit: Snow Globe, Day One

Hi everyone! What a fun card kit MFT has for September! Snow Globe Card Kit is super adorable, with the cutest dies!!! For my card today, I went kind of simple so you could see the details of some of the kit elements better. I’m using a Stone Gray card stock base, then a piece of Sweet Tooth card stock that I dry embossed with Snowfall Stencil after I cut it with Snow Globe Die-namics. I built my scene using Scenic Snow Globe Die-namics on After Midnight card stock after splattering it with some watered down white craft paint.



Before assembling my card front, I added some Diamond Dust to the Dome Shaker Pouch, then put it all together after tying around some baker’s twine. The sentiment, from Snow Globe Sentiments, was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder then popped up on foam tape. The “base” of the snow globe was cut from Cherry Wood Adhesive Backed sheet for a real wood look.
