Make a Wish–Starry Night Card Kit Releases Tomorrow!

Welcome to Day Two of
MFT’s September Card Kit Countdown. This month’s kit is called Starry Night and it’s so much fun! Release is tomorrow, September 17th, at 10am so don’t be late! Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details and to see more projects from the design team.

I had more fun with Color Bursts with this card, this time using the Sunrise Color Burst Trio. Lovely warm colors that compliment each other so well! Once I had the watercolor background done, I splattered it with clean water and then with a concentrated mix of all three colors. LOVE! Next I popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock panel that had been cut with Skinny Stripes – Vertical Die-namics and adhered to a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

The sentiments were both heat embossed, again, the smaller one on Black Licorice card stock and the gold one on Translucent Vellum, adhered directly with some clear foam tape for support. I finished off with some stars cut from Gold Sparkle card stock with Stitch-able Falling Stars Die-namics and color coordinated sequins.

And there you have it for Day Two or Starry Night, MFT’s September Card Kit. Thanks so much for stopping by today! See you back tomorrow for the release!
