I’ve Been Moose-ing you like Crazy–MFT Color Challenge #128

Hi, all, I'm back with the latest MFT Color Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s color combo: Orange Zest, Sour Apple, Green Room, and Gravel Gray. I needed to make a card with this moose on it for a friend’s birthday—it’s a private joke and he’ll get a big kick out of it, I think! I guess the setting is at sunset because I couldn’t use a normal colored sky, LOL. To create my scene I sponged Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Orange Zest dye ink, Sour Apple dye ink, and Field Day dye ink. The Orange panel was adhered directly to my Sweet Tooth card stock base and I cut the two Grassy Hills Die-namics from the two greens. To add some interest I splattered all of them with some clean water. The grassy layers were adhered, the front one on foam after having the sentiment stamped with Extreme Black hybrid ink.

The critters are from BB Sweater Weather In the Woods and the branch is from BB Squirrel! stamp sets, stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut out with the coordinating Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and popped up in the scene with foam tape. Puffy Clouds Die-namics were added to finish off the sky.
