Halfway To the Big Day—MFT February Release Is in Three Days!

Hi there, it’s Day Three of MFT’s February Release Countdown—only three more days until Release on February 4th so make a note! And don’t forget to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details. Today we’re previewing PI Birthday Besties Stamp Set, PI Birthday Besties Die-namics, Number Jumble Background Stamp, Pumped-Up Alphabet Die-namics, Pumped-Up Numbers Die-namics, and Perfect-Fit Balloon Die-namics.



I love this alphabet! Reminds me so much of the mylar balloons you can get and I started to use some Silver Shine card stock but then decided to use card stock to match the new Patterned Paper, Birthday Brights, instead.

To begin, I cut the letters out to spell “Celebrate” using all the colors in the paper: Cotton Candy, Razzle Berry, Peach Bellini, Coral Crush, Orange Zest, Pineapple, Sour Apple, Blu Raspberry, and Lavender Fields and added strings cut from Primitive White card stock to resemble twine. Next I adhered a strip of the Birthday Brights Paper Pack across the bottom of a Sweet Tooth card stock base and popped up a trimmed Sweet Tooth panel on top after stamping the sentiment, from BB Birthday Buds Stamp Set.

Next I added the letters, cut from Pumped-Up Alphabet on foam for dimension, and to finish off I added a little image from BB Birthday Buds, stamped on No Line Coloring card stick with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored with Copic markers.
