Icing on the Cupcake--MFT's March Card Kit!

Hello! I have another card for you today using
MFT’s JUST released March Card Kit, Icing on the Cupcake!! This kit is over-the-top fun to play with so if you haven’t already, go get yours!!

I love to plan my card designs around a sentiment when I can and this one was a no-brainer! To start, I sponged my background using Broken China and Gathered Twigs Distress Ink on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper, cut it out with Blueprints 27 Die-namics, stamped the sentiment with Milk Chocolate Hybrid ink, and popped it up on a Milk Chocolate card base.

Next I cut the cupcake, icing, and cherry from No Line Coloring card stock and the sprinkles from Milk Chocolate card stock. I colored the base and cherry with Copic markers, assembled it, and popped it up on the card front with foam tape.

I thought that was really all this card needed so I made myself stop before I did something I’d regret, LOL!

And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you soon!
