Brilliant Butterflies - MFT & Friends, May 2020 Edition

All of our May Release products are available in the
MFT Online Boutique NOW! Today our team and some friends are taking a fresh look at our most recent release with inspiring ideas and innovative takes on the complete collection. We love the opportunity to look at our products with fresh eyes, envisioning entirely new ways to showcase the possibilities they present. We can’t wait to share our ideas with you so be sure to also stop by the MFT Blog to see who else is participating!

I’m using Brilliant Butterflies Stamp Set and Die-namics,
Grande Greenery – Solid, Grande Greenery – Outline, and Woodgrain Whimsy Paper Pack from the release for this card, along with previously released Essential Sentiments. I sponged some Broken China Distress ink on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper, stamped the sentiment, and popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock base after added a strip of Woodgrain Whimsy Paper Pack across the bottom. Then I stamped the butterfly on Smooth White card stock with Cotton Candy and Ripe Raspberry dye inks, then the lacy overlay using Extreme Black hybrid ink.

Next I cut Grande Greenery – Solid from Gumdrop Green card stock and Grande Greenery – Outline from Sour Apple card stock, adhered them together, and then to the card front with hot glue. I finished off with some enamel dots.

And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Don’t forget that MFT will be giving away TWO $100 vouchers—to have a chance to win one, be sure to comment on each of the posts linked on the MFT Blog by end of the day on Thursday, May 7th. The winners will be announced on the MFT Blog on Friday, May 8th. Good luck!!
