It’s Your Birth-Yay–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #495

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I thought I could use Spotlight Sentiments Stamp Set for the strips under the main panel and it worked out pretty well, I think. I stamped it on Kraft card stock with Versamark and separated the lines into the three sketch elements. Next I stamped this image from BB Birth-Yay Stamp Set on No Line Coloring card stock, cut it out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored it with Copic markers.

Then I sponged some Strathmore Bristol Smooth card stock with Broken China Distress Ink, stamped the sentiment from the set, and popped it up on foam on top of the stamped strips. I added Gumdrop Green card stock cut with Grassy Hills Die-namics and the colored image to complete the scene. I finished off with some matching enamel dots.

And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. Winners are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
