Deck the Halls - MFT Color Challenge #153

Hi, all, I'm back with the latest MFT Color Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s color combo: Summer Splash, Natural, Red Hot, Razzleberry. All of the details about the color challenge are available on the MFT Blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I hadn't used Ornament Banner Builder Stamp Set and Die-namics since it's Vault Release so I thought it would be a good time to get it out. To begin, I spread embossing paste through English Brick Wall Stencil on Natural Card stock and set it aside to dry.

Next I cut and stamped three copies of the banner using dye inks in the challenge colors and Extreme Black for the strings and cord.

Once the card front was dry, I popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock base as well as adhering the banners with foam tape. The sentiment was heat embossed, cut into individual words, and added at wonky angles with foam tape and I finished off with sequins in the challenge colors.

And there you have it! Now it’s YOUR turn to play! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. Winners are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
