Thinking of You - Color Throwdown Challenge #645

Hello and welcome to a brand new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Susie is our hostess and she's chosen a bright color combo for us to play with that we hope will inspire you to join us.

I chose to work with Spring Wreath Stamp Set and Die-namics for this card and began by stamping the image on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, then cut it out with the coordinating Die-namics and colored it with Copic markers.

Next, I splattered some black acrylic ink on a Sweet Tooth card stock panel, stamped the sentiment from the set, and matted it with Caribbean Sea card stock that was in turn adhered to a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

Once that was done I popped the wreath image up on the card front with foam tape and was finished! This would be a sweet card to send for many occasions and could be mass produced fairly easily.

And that’s it from me! Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword #CTD645 so we can see your beauty all in one place, and use #ctd645 and #colorthrowdown on social media. Hope to see you there! Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
