The ornament of a house...Color Throwdown #85

Can you believe it? Here we are at Color Throwdown #85! Today, Cathy has some gorgeous colors for us:
I happened to have some paper in a DCWV mat stack called Grandma's Kitchen--only the background is white instead of cream.

I'm using Mojo Monday sketch #131 for my layout, and a sentiment from My Favorite Things' Clearly Sentimental About Emerson set. I stamped the sentiment on a Perfect Paper Panel with Garden Green ink, cut/embossed it with a die from Spellbinders' Ribbon Tag Trio II set, and while it was still in the die I sponged on some Baja Breeze ink. Then I added the ribbon/bow, and some sweet tiny little Prima roses with some punched out leaves. I used another "friend" sentiment for the inside.

Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD85 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! And be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
