Hey, there! It’s Wednesday noon so it must be time for this week’s MFTWSC! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
Of course I’m not done with the just-released awesomeness that is MFT’s September Release, so I’m back with more today. My card started with a Kraft Card Stock base, stamped with Mini Chicken Wire Background and Steel Gray Ink. Next up, a Circle STAX Set 1 Die-namics cut from Primitive White Card Stock and stamped with Burlap Background and Natural Ink. Then a panel of Fine Check Background, stamped on Jellybean Green Card Stock with Jellybean Green Ink and cut out with Horizontal Stitched Strips Die-namics. Next I cut a Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics from Primitive White Card Stock and sponged it with, from the bottom, Jellybean Green Ink, Tangy Orange Ink, and Safety Orange Ink, then popped it up on foam. I cut the “grateful” from Words of Gratitude Die-namics from Tangy Orange Card Stock and adhered it to the tag, after stamping the sentiment, from Thankful Thoughts with Steel Gray Ink. I finished off with some leaves cut with Falling Leaves Die-namics, from Jellybean Green Card Stock and Safety Orange Card Stock with a hemp cord tied Tangy Orange Button. All edges were sponged with Kraft Ink.
Another sentiment from Thankful Thoughts was stamped on the inside.
And that’s it for me today! Thanks so much for dropping by; see you soon!
